Building Community Around Dreams

Signature Aspire Events

Aspire’s annual events extend our work beyond the classroom and create opportunities for Dreamers, families, businesses, educators, and community partners to come together around shared purpose. Each experience reflects a different part of Aspire’s mission, from recognizing student growth and expanding access to opportunity to mobilizing partners around pressing community needs.

BE THE DREAM Day

City-Wide Dream BLDRS Student Celebration

BE THE DREAM Day is Aspire’s annual student recognition and experiential learning celebration honoring Dreamers who complete the Dream BLDRS college and career readiness program.

Students, families, educators, corporate partners, and community leaders come together to celebrate student growth, leadership development, goal achievement, and the skills participants have developed throughout their Dream BLDRS experience.

BE THE DREAM Day gives students an opportunity to see their progress celebrated by the broader community while strengthening the connections between education, business, families, and the people invested in their future.

100 Dreams Turkey Drive

Feed 1,000, One Dream at a Time

The Annual 100 Dreams Turkey Drive is an Aspire-led community initiative created to help combat food insecurity in Nashville. This year, Aspire is working to provide Thanksgiving meals for 1,000 people in East Nashville while bringing businesses, schools, volunteers, community organizations, and local leaders together around a shared commitment to service.

With support from partners including 101.1 The Beat, Bernheim Kelley Injury Attorneys, Slim & Husky’s Pizza, Metro Nashville Public Schools, and community leaders, the annual Turkey Drive turns collective support into direct local impact for families during the holiday season.

The event is built on a simple idea: when communities work together, individual contributions can become something much larger.

College & Career Readiness in Action

Dream BLDRS Experiences

Aspire Dream BLDRS award-winning college and career readiness program and curriculum for student leadership, professional skills, and social-emotional development.

Dream BLDRS is Aspire’s award-winning, research-driven college and career readiness program and curriculum designed to help students build the mindset, skills, and strategies needed for success in school, work, and life.

Throughout the year, Dream BLDRS comes to life through interactive workshops, student experiences, career exposure, recognition moments, corporate engagement, and special events that connect classroom learning to real people, places, companies, and opportunities.

Participants develop skills across vision, goal setting, strengths, communication, leadership, career awareness, social-emotional development, and professional readiness while learning how to turn aspirations into actionable pathways toward the future.

Education. Service. Recognition. Opportunity.
