What Is BE THE DREAM DAY?
BE THE DREAM DAY is Aspire’s celebration honoring students who complete the Dream BLDRS program. It brings students, educators, and community partners together to recognize their progress and encourage their next steps.
The 2025 Nissan Stadium celebration gave Nashville students a shared moment to take pride in their achievements and connect with people supporting their futures.

Tennessee Titans Welcome Dream BLDRS Students to Nissan Stadium
The Tennessee Titans and Tennessee Titans ONE Community hosted the celebration on Nissan Stadium’s club level. Students came together for recognition, a guest panel discussion, and a closeout experience celebrating their work throughout Dream BLDRS.
The setting brought learning beyond the classroom, connecting students with Nashville’s sports and community organizations around a milestone of their own.

How Dream BLDRS Supports Student Development
Dream BLDRS is Aspire’s interactive personal development program supporting self-discovery, leadership, and college and career readiness. Students explore their strengths and interests, build a vision for their future, and identify steps toward their goals.
BE THE DREAM DAY celebrates the work students put into that process. The program provides opportunities to learn and grow; the celebration gives students a moment to recognize their progress with the community behind them.

Participating Metro Nashville Public Schools
BE THE DREAM DAY 2025 welcomed Dream BLDRS students from four Metro Nashville Public Schools:
- Jere Baxter Middle School
- Haynes Middle School
- Margaret Allen Middle School
- McKissack Middle School
The celebration brought these school communities together to recognize students’ program completion and the effort behind it.
