Jere Baxter Middle partnered with Aspire’s Dream BLDRS program to empower its students with essential skills and insights for their future endeavors. The Dream BLDRS 4-Day Bootcamp aimed to foster a sense of Vision, integrity, and Personal Branding among the students.

APPROACH
The Dream BLDRS™ workshops integrated interactive sessions focusing on Vision creation, character assessment, personal branding, and ideal employee/company traits.
Through engaging activities and discussions, students were encouraged to reflect on their aspirations, values, and professional goals.

INSIGHT
With 40 students participating, the workshop achieved a balanced gender representation, with 52.2% females and 47.8% males. This inclusive environment likely contributed to the overwhelmingly positive feedback, as 83.3% of students rated their experience as 5 stars, showcasing high satisfaction levels. Even the remaining students, who rated their experience 4 stars, indicate a strong overall endorsement of the workshop, underscoring its effectiveness in engaging and resonating with the majority of participants.

IMPACT
The impact of the workshop was profound, as evidenced by the students' responses and engagement. A staggering 57.7% of participants rated the importance of having a vision at the highest level of 7 on a scale from 1-7, underscoring the significance of forward-thinking and goal-setting among the student body.
- Furthermore, an overwhelming 90.9% of students identified integrity and support as their primary strengths, reflecting a commitment to ethical behavior and mutual assistance.
- The Dream BLDRS™: Strength Character Assessment revealed diverse conflict management styles, with accommodating bears (45.5%) and competitive gorillas (40.9%) emerging as the most prevalent.
- The Dream BLDRS™: Personal Branding highlighted Nike as the most favored brand. The three most important parts of a brand, according to the students, were interest and passion (55%), brand strength (45%), and core values (45%).
- When defining the traits of an ideal employee, 80% of students highlighted intelligence as a key value, followed by honesty (70%), hard work (65%), confidence (50%), and passion (40%).
- For building an ideal company, the students prioritized consistency and passion (94.7% each), leadership (84.2%), uniqueness (78.9%), and audience knowledge (57.9%).
Overall, the workshop left a lasting impression on the students, equipping them with valuable insights and perspectives for their future endeavors.
